I always use sunglasses when I'm outside specially when driving. I can't stand the brightness outside. It was about 5 years when my eyes were checked. They recommended that I use sunglasses to protect my eyes. They also said not to buy just regular sunglasses because it may ruin my eyes. I have been wearing sunglasses prescribe by my eye doctor.
