Part Time Job

I was talking to my DH last night that maybe I should get a part time job at night. We figure I can at least work for four hours. And then we compare how much I take home from blogging and how much I'll get pay for working 4 hours in a grocery store. The we figure that blogger is much better. All I have to do is open a new blogs and just keep grabbing opportunity from blogging than going out and getting a regular job. So, I think having one or two more blog is the way to go.

I should take some classes on creative writing if I have to make a career of blogging. What do you think?

Go for it girl! Besides, blogging from home gives you something that a part time job at night will not - that is being at home with the children.

You already write creatively!

If you need any "technical" assistance in areas that you are unsure about hosting your BLog externally, feel free to email me with whatever questions you might have.

God Bless you Always!

thanks WMOM for the comments. Why is it that I can't access your site? Do you have a new domain name? Let me know why your link is not working. Have a good day.

Hi nedekcir,

I was forced to halt all my blogging activity when my blood sugar level started to increase and wasn't what it used to be.

All the long hours of sitting at the computer and irregular sleep times took its toll on a year's worth of healing myself from Diabetes.

I had to take the severest action. It meant deleting my entire BLog and deleting all my Social Network accounts. That way the temptation to creep back in would mean having to reinstate everything and the thought of doing it would be despairing.

It has been a good decision. My blood sugar level has improved since.

I am now developing a new BLog (just to keep me from forgetting all the blog stuff) - it is a different BLog title and theme. If I make a comeback, it will not be windmillofmymind. I haven't decided when I shall return because I must be sure that I can discipline my time at the computer and not allow my health to deteriorate.

About webhosting Nedekcir - if you need to host your new BLog externally, you could add your Domain to my webhost account. I am signed up with BlueHost for two years (there's still 20 months left on my webhost account).

All you need to do is to register your Domain name and it can be added to my BlueHost domain. It will not reflect windmillofmymind.com in your URL. It will be http://yourdomainname.com

Let me know if you are interested. :)

God Bless you Always!

I have a continuing program of research (What mother doesn't?) in the laboratory and in the field (normally I would have said indoors and out). I'm working for my Masters, (the whole darned family) and already have five credits (four sons & one daughter, 1 joined the working community, 4 were educated @ home ). Of course, the job is one of the most demanding in the humanities (any mother care to disagree?), and I often work 14 hours a day (24 is more like it). But the job is more challenging than most run-of-the-mill careers, and the rewards are more of a satisfaction than just money."
